Refund Policy
Last updated 15 August 2026
Who processes your payments
Recall is owned and operated by Clik Marketing LLC. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Paddle handles payments, invoicing, tax, subscription management, and refund requests on our behalf. All charges appear as Paddle/Recall on your statement.
14-day refund window
You may request a refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase or renewal. This gives you a chance to evaluate the service before committing. If you are unsure whether Recall fits your workflow, we recommend requesting a refund early rather than letting the window expire.
This refund window is for change-of-mind or accidental purchases. Refund requests are subject to Paddle's buyer/refund handling and any rights required by applicable law.
How to request a refund
The fastest way to request a refund is through Paddle, our payment provider. Visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout. From there you can view your order and request a refund. If you cannot locate your order, or you believe you were charged in error, email us at clikmarketingllc@gmail.com and we will review it with you.

What is not refundable
Used credits and completed metered usage are not refundable. Once an action is performed, it cannot be reversed. This includes:
- Video imports and transcript processing
- AI generations such as content packs, scripts, hooks, captions, and angles
- Remixes and refreshes of existing content
- Thumbnail generations
- Any other usage-based action that consumes credits
If a refund is approved after you have used credits or completed metered usage, the value of that used consumption may be deducted from the refund amount.
Credit top-ups
Credit top-ups are consumable digital products. Unused top-up credits purchased within the last 14 days may be eligible for a refund. Used top-up credits are not refundable.
Cancellations and access
You can cancel your subscription at any time in the Billing section of Settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period unless a refund is issued. If a full refund is issued, your paid access and any unused credits tied to that purchase may be removed.
Deleting your account from the Danger Zone in Settings cancels an active subscription immediately and removes your workspace data.
Legal rights
This policy does not limit any refund rights you have under applicable law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund by law, contact us at clikmarketingllc@gmail.com.
